1 - सर्जनम्
  • प्रकृष्टबालसाहित्यनिर्माणम् ।
  • संस्कृतेतरभाषासु उपलभ्यमानबालसहित्यस्य संस्कृतरूपान्तरम्।
  • पन्चतन्त्रहितोपदेशादिप्राचीनबालसाहित्यानां पुनस्सर्जनम् ।
2 - समीक्षणम्
  • प्रकाशितबालसाहित्यानां समुचितसमीक्षणम् ।
  • समीक्षकाणां प्रशिक्षणम् ।
  • बालसाहित्यसमीक्षाशास्त्रनिर्माणम्।
3 - सम्पादनम्
  • बालसाहित्यकाराणां कृतीनां सङ्कलनं, सम्पादनं, प्रकाशनं च ।
4 - सञ्चयनम्
  • समुपलब्धबालसाहित्यानां सङ्ग्रहणम्।
  • स्वतन्त्रबालसाहित्यग्रन्थालयनिर्माणम् ।
  • संस्कृते बालसाहित्यनिर्माणे प्रचारणे प्रसारणे च निरतानां संस्थानां व्यक्तीनां च संयोगस्थापनं सम्पर्कसूत्रनिर्माणं च।
5 - सम्मेलनम्
  • बालसाहित्यकाराणां बालसहित्यसमीक्षकाणां च सम्मेलनानाम् आयोजनम् ।
  • बालमहोत्सवानाम् आयोजनम् ।
6 - सम्प्रेरणम्
  • बालसाहित्यकाराणां कृते प्रेरणात्मककार्यक्रमाः।
  • बालाः स्वयं कथं बालसाहित्यनिर्माणे सक्षमाः भवेयुः तदर्थं प्रेरणात्मककार्यक्रमाः।
  • बालैः निर्मितानां कथा-कविता-नाटक-चित्र-प्रभृतीनाम् सम्यक् प्रदर्शनम् ।

  • बालसाहित्यमधिकृत्य बालसंस्कृतसाहित्यपरिषदः नानाविधकार्यक्रमानां प्रचारः प्रसारः च ।
